A MINI-CAMP AND TOURNAMENT SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR FATHERS AND THEIR CHILDREN

On Father's Day Weekend get ready for a rootin' tootin' good time. The Central Arkansas Hawkeyes will host a father and child event designed for fun, and a little educational experience about the Wild West.

Come dressed in your best Western Duds and learn about three historic firearms synonymous with stories of the West: the single action revolver, the lever action rifle, and the coach gun.

Kids can learn about these guns, and about some of the men and women who carried them. They can learn about cattle drives, camping, and cooking with cast iron. We'll all enjoy stories over some great BBQ. The event will be summed up with a fun three-gun tournament with teams composed of father and child pairs. We may even throw a little archery in there ta boot!

It promises to be good times and good memories, and we hope to have some great prizes as well.

Season schedule

Practice occurs once per week, depending on coach's scheduling
The regular season runs from October to March
State matches are usually in March and July
Additional matches may be available through other organizations, such as CMP, and could require travel
The national match is dependent upon qualification

Our Venue

All Central Arkansas Hawkeyes practices take place at our home range, S7 Tactical - Arkansas Gun Club, unless otherwise stated by the head coach of a particular program.
